My Message to You
You've likely reached my website because you've been struggling for some time. Perhaps you've even tried other therapies that have failed to provide you with the relief you’re seeking, as is often the case with people who reach out to me.
Understandably, reaching out to a therapist can stir tremendous anxiety. Research shows that many individuals and couples wait more than a year before reaching out to a therapist for help. If you do contact me, my focus will be on building a sense of trust, hope, and clarity around what we can accomplish together.
I encourage you to explore my website and get a feel for me. If you have questions about me or the way I work, I invite you to reach out to me directly and I will get back to you promptly. I would be honored to hear from you.

Meet Gabriel
I am a licensed social worker providing in-person and virtual therapy to individuals ages 16 and older and relationships & couples (including polycules) in Chicago, Illinois. My office is located in North Center and is accessible from most Northside neighborhoods (Andersonville, Ravenswood, Lakeview, Edgewater, Lincoln Square, Wicker Park, etc.).
I offer an attuned and collaborative environment where patients are optimally supported and challenged to transcend and achieve relief from a wide range of difficulties. I also provide high-quality consultation to other therapists looking to improve their skills and/or make headway with stalled treatments.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in principles of Experiential Dynamic Therapy, specifically Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), an evidence-based approach which I have studied extensively. I also draw from other experiential approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Coherence Therapy as needed. However, I feel it is more important to emphasize that the therapy I offer is individually tailored to each patient. Thus, because each patient is unique, each therapy is also unique.
